It is the first fellowship program that enables government school teachers to
learn innovative teaching practices. The Beacon Fellows strive to lead innovation and experiential learning in their classroom and motivate civic engagement
through a community of change agents- teachers, children and parents.

The Beacon Educator Fellows initiate the process of transitioning their schools into model community schools by building and motivating the community of
students, teachers and parents towards collective and civic action.

Flux is an experiential learning program for school children that encourages them to identify issues of public concern and spurs creative problem-solving of these civic issues.

Art-wall is an endeavor to bring art to government schools. Together with the students we paint a wall in their school. We believe our public schools deserve these creative wonder-walls that are a collage of magic, beauty and joy.

Prakriti is a coloring book we create with the children in government schools evolving from a creative engagement with craft-persons and artisans. It is thematic and also collaborative across all the schools we work with.

We engage with the children in government schools through craft. The goal is to work together and create a functional and fun handcrafted product.
